This was actually a gift that was given to me and I use it everyday. It not only promotes self happiness but it also gives a little insight to life hacks of being positive and creates an environment of family and fun in my home! I write a quote from the book everyday on the dry erase board that sits on the fridge in my home!

When I first saw this little book I admit I was skeptical. However after I bought one and went through it, I realized it was a great place to find a positive message for my social posts and even better, I started giving them as gifts for birthday's, Mother's day and Valentine's day as everyone i gave one to made a special point of telling me how thoughtful and inspiring it was. Not bad for $15! On my Xmas gift giving list for sure!
