Purchases and Ordering

How do I place an order?

To place an order, please select your desired item(s) and add to your shopping basket. Follow the instructions on the checkout page to complete your order. You will have the option to create an account, log in to an existing account, or check out as a guest. As soon as you confirm your order, you will receive an automated e-mail confirmation. Free shipping

Free home delivery is available for orders over $45 in the United States, please allow up to 5 days shipping time.

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or ApplePay for mobile. These payment methods are 100% secure. All submitted personal and payment information is encrypted and secure.

The Live Happy Store currently supports the following payment methods:

I cannot log in to my store.livehappy.com account. I did not receive the Password Reset.

I did not receive an order confirmation

If you completed your purchase and you did not receive an order confirmation from us, please check your spam filter/and or your junk mail. Shipping

What shipping methods do I have to choose from?

If your order is being shipped inside the United States, your options are:

  • USPS Up to 5 days depending on location
  • FedEx Ground| Up to 5 days depending on location
  • FedEx Home delivery |Up to 5 days depending on location
  • FedEx Two-Day delivery
  • FedEx Two-Day delivery a.m.
  • FedEx Standard Overnight delivery
  • FedEx Priority Overnight delivery

When can I expect my order to ship?

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 10 a.m. CST will usually ship next business day, (Contingent upon product availability). Expedited shipments are delivered Monday through Friday ONLY. Overnight Orders placed by 10 a.m. CST Friday will arrive on Monday. Orders received after 10 a.m. CST or on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed the next business day.

During peak holiday and promotional periods order processing times may be longer.
Please note, FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes; only physical street addresses.

FedEx Delivery Days

For standard 3-Day, 2-Day and Next-Day shipping, FedEx will deliver your package Monday - Friday. Please note for 2-Day and Next-Day shipping methods, FedEx will not deliver packages on Saturday and Sunday.

Business Days & Holidays

All orders ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Packages do not ship from our distribution center on the following holidays in 2018:

  • January 1: New Year's Day
  • May 28: Memorial Day
  • July 4: Independence Day
  • September 3: Labor Day
  • November 22 & 23: Thanksgiving Holiday
  • December 24: Christmas Eve Day
  • December 25: Christmas Day
  • December 26: Post-Christmas Day

In addition to these dates carriers will not deliver package son weekends and federal holidays.

If your order is being shipped outside the United States, your options are:

How long does FedEx International Mail take for delivery?

Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. With any postal service, weather and customs may delay your order further.

What about international taxes, duties and customs policies?

  • The recipient of shipments outside of North America will be responsible for paying duties and taxes upon receipt. Customs policies vary among countries, so please contact your local customs office for additional information.
  • Customs charges are applied due to international trading standards/requirements and are not solely implemented by Live Happy’s shipping polices.

Where can I find my tracking information?

We will send your tracking number in a shipping confirmation email once your order leaves our warehouse. You can also find a link to the tracking information on your my orders page. If you need help accessing your tracking information, please reach out to our Customer Service Team Toll free at 1-888-297-2094, Monday–Friday: 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. (CST). Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Live Happy takes pride in the quality of our products, and we want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is any reason that you are not completely satisfied, you can return your merchandise for a refund or an exchange by following the steps below.

  • Returns and exchange requests are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
  • Merchandise must be in new condition (unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached) to be returned.
  • No refunds or exchanges will be issued without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a completed Return and Exchange Form.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Easy Steps for Processing Your Return or Exchange

  • Contact Customer Service at CustomerService@LiveHappy.com to request an RMA number. You will receive your RMA number and the Return and Exchange Form via email.
  • Complete the Return and Exchange Form and be sure to include it in your package with your returnable items.
  • Write your RMA number on the outside of your package.
  • For your own convenience, please use a signature-required service such as FedEx to send your item(s) back to us. You will be responsible for paying all return shipping costs.
  • We will do our best to process your return or exchange within 10 business days after receipt of your package. Please allow a full billing cycle for credit to appear on your financial statement.

Special Notes for Returns

  • Items received as gifts can only be exchanged for an item of equal value, unless the item is returned by the original purchaser.
  • Your RMA number is only good for 21 days. If your package is not received within 21 days, processing of your return or exchange may be delayed.
  • In some instances, you may not be responsible for paying return shipping costs, such as if the shipment contained an incorrect item. Please inform Customer Service of the reason for your return or exchange when requesting your RMA number.
  • Please keep a copy of your completed Return and Exchange Form for your records.
